Case I
With the regards of the carbon reduction, a university in Beijing completed its air heat pump project recommended by our group in 2019, instead of the original natural gas boiler heat supply for the campus public bathroom. Total investment of this project was around RMB 1.5 million,Co2 emissions were reduced by 320 tons.
Case II The construction of the intelligent control system for air conditioner
The air conditioning of the student apartments, office buildings and libraries adopts open management, and the temperature setting of the air conditioning were relatively arbitrary. To this end, our team recommended the intelligent control system of air conditioning to the university. The construction of the intelligent control system for campus air conditioner was completed in 2021. The project adopted switch limit setting, air conditioning temperature/wind speed setting, and the quantitative results, indoor and outdoor temperature difference, environmental temperature difference were also considered as a adaptive control methods, to solve the management and control problems of the campus air conditioning system operation. Total investment of this project was around RMB 3 million, After the completion of the project, the energy savings is about 15-30%.
Case III Heating pipe network self-priming balance energy saving transformation
Aiming at the imbalance of campus heating, this project we supplied started from the end of heating pipe network. According to the different regional functions to achieve time-sharing and partition management; A self-priming circulation system in each area could be carried out to cycle the pipe network return water many times to make full use of the heat. It can reduce the water supply and return temperature of the main network. The situation of the most unfavorable users should be greatly reduced because each area can achieve hierarchical management. The heating area of the project is about 40,000 square meters, the investment is RMB1.5 million, and the energy saving rate is around 5-10%.
